Information we collect
We collect the details you voluntarily enter into our scenario tools and contact forms: your name, email, phone number, preferred contact method, and the property, income, debt, credit-range and financing figures you choose to provide. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, account numbers or uploaded financial documents through this website.
How we use it
Your information is used to generate preliminary estimates, to identify loan programs that may warrant discussion, and to allow Sam Wu to follow up about your inquiry. Aggregated, non-identifying usage information may be used to improve the tools.
How we share it
We do not sell your information. We may share it with lenders, service providers or partners only as needed to respond to your request or as required by law. Any such sharing is limited to what is necessary for that purpose.
Security
Submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in an access-controlled database. Access is limited to authorized personnel of SP Golden Home Inc. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive identifiers through this site.
Retention
We retain scenario and contact records for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and to meet recordkeeping obligations, after which they are deleted or de-identified.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted by contacting us. You may also ask to stop receiving follow-up communications at any time.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
We may update this policy. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
